That’s why we revamped our entire customer process and went digital! When our service technicians visit your home for ac repair or preventative maintenance, they now use tablets to record all of your ac unit’s data. This allows us to look back on what has been done to your ac unit in the past. We also record model and serial numbers of both your air handler and condenser units, so we can more easily order parts for your air conditioning system. This helps us save time, and repair your air conditioner faster! We also removed paper receipts from the equation. Paper can be troublesome to keep up with, so you can more easily save your invoices from us!

What does paperless look like?
Tired of paper receipts? Us too! We’re committed to saving paper one service call at a time! Starting this year, our technicians are now all equipped with iPads that makes the average air conditioning service call quicker, and more convenient for the customer. When our techs complete a job, you receive a digital copy of your receipt sent to your email and a copy of your invoice. We also keep track of all the repairs and work we have done for you in the past in order to better serve you in the future! Need a new ac unit? No more printing estimates and sending them back to us! Now you can approve your estimate directly from your email.
How do we respond faster to jobs?
By using our iPads and utilizing an advanced CRM system, we are now able to combine multiple processes into one, saving us time! When you call us, we quickly take your information down and input it into our system. Then, we use this system to dispatch our technicians on their iPads. They are able to pull the directions to your address right from the system and be on their way to your location.
How does digital reduce time on site?
Prior to this year, we realize that we weren’t as efficient as we could be. Technicians would have to flip through a price book to find pricing on parts. They would write out paper invoices that were detailed but very time consuming and then give you a copy. Our tech’s no longer have to write out anything! Our price book is uploaded into our software, allowing our technicians to pull up the pricing on every single part we offer. When we complete a job, you are emailed a copy of your invoice, saving us the hassle of writing it out, and you the hassle of keeping paper receipts.
What kind of updates will you get?
As soon as your house is scheduled for air conditioning repair, preventative maintenance, or an entire AC unit replacement, you will receive an update via text or email. Through this message, you can communicate directly with our technicians and tell them of any special requirements or conditions for your job. You will receive a notification when the tech is en route to your location, a notification when they arrive at your location, and a notification when they have completed work at your house. We are so excited to offer our customers full access to the work being done at their house. Now you will know what is going on every step of the way!
